Role & responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lighting industry.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting and selling lighting products to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on lighting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product recommendations and solutions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Technical Expertise:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company lighting products and technologies.
- Educate clients on product benefits, features, and applications.
- Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and installations.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate holder or BBA or MBA Sales & Marketing
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of lighting products, applications, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid license and willingness to travel extensively.
