Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
using provided leads or database
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
• Present and explain products/services to potential clients
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to close sales
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and excellent customer service
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
