Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify potential customers interested in home loans through multiple channels i.e. partners, developers, direct, marketing agents , among others.
- Generate leads through direct sales activities like field visits, cold calling, and networking events.
- Loan Application Assistance:
- Help customers in preparing and submitting the required documentation for home loan approval.
- Coordinate with internal teams like credit and operations to ensure a smooth loan processing experience for the customer
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree (Full time) pass-out- 2023 / 2024
Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within city and meet clients in the field.
- Ability to handle customer queries professional
Perks and benefits
Fixed Pay: Non Metro cities - INR 2.4 LPA, Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) - INR 2.8 LPA
