Position - HR Recruiter and Operation

Notice - Immediate to Serving Notice

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
    • Utilize job portals, social media, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
  2. Sourcing & Screening:
    • Source qualified candidates using various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
    • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
    • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Interview Scheduling:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Manage interview logistics including room bookings, interview panels, and candidate feedback.
    • Ensure candidates are well-prepared and informed about the interview process.
  4. Joining Formalities:
    • Oversee onboarding processes, including offer letter issuance, background checks, and employment contracts.
    • Ensure all joining formalities are completed, including collection of required documents, verification, and induction sessions.
  5. Documentation & Record Maintenance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, contracts, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure all employee documentation is compliant with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Manage employee exit formalities, including documentation, exit interviews, and clearances.
  6. Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Support employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
    • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave management, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software, job portals, and MS Office.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation and compliance.
