1. Assist with data entry, file organization and documentation.

2. Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

4. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.

5. Support various departments with basic administrative tasks as needed.

6. Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment.

7. Candidate should be comfortable to work in shifts whenever required.

 

Skills Required:

 

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

3. Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
