About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms to identify potential clients, generate leads, and drive sales for our website and software development services. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms to identify and connect with prospective clients globally.
- Prospecting: Research target markets and industries to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Outreach: Initiate conversations with prospects through LinkedIn messages, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for website and software development.
- Sales Conversion: Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals with potential clients.
- CRM Management: Track and update lead details, interactions, and status in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services (website and software development).
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online prospecting techniques.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or software development services is a plus.
