Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate records of company data and documentation.

Process and organize confidential data securely and efficiently.

Assist in data entry, report generation, and analysis.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues as they arise.

Perform regular updates to the database and ensure data accuracy.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven experience in a back-office role or data management is an asset.

Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Good written and verbal communication skills.
